My wife and I have been using Page Plus Cellular since March, 2011, and we have both been very happy with the plans, customer service, and the coverage I have recommended it to many of my friends

I can't pay Page PlusI manage my parents phones, as well as mine, through Page PlusRecently the auto-refills we declined, when they had previously been working for monthsI spoke with Page Plus service about times regarding the fact that their card processing system was brokenPage Plus claimed something is wrong with the bankI tried different credit cards from different banks, and all were rejectedSome facts: There is nothing wrong with my credit cardsI have entered all of the billing information correctlyThe PagePlus payment processing system is not fuctioning properly
Now, we need to have working phonesI have no problem with Page Plus as a company, but I do need a phoneIf I am not able to give Page Plus my money, I must switch to a company I can payThere is no grudge --- I simply need phone serviceThis is so bizarreI have to explain this ad-nauseum, and no one caresI don't want to switch services, but if a company will not allow me to pay them, I have no choice but to leaveI feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone
Icing on the cake -- one of the credit cards I used while attempting to pay Page Plus had fraudulent activity on it the next dayThis coincidence is unnervingSo, my week has been: trying to pay Page Plus for phone service, shopping around for a suitable alternative for phone service, and now checking all my credit cards online to watch for fraudulent activityThis is like a full time job

They are horrible, your data gets slowed down constantly through your period, they have no corporate office to resolve issues, they don't have understandable customer service reps, I've gritted my teeth for the years I've been a customer, hundreds of hours over years on hold waiting, at least minutes, sometimes an hour to 2, there automatic renewal is a scam, it charges your bank account twice and you only get one phone carddon't ever go with page plus
