I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Me [redacted] has failed to address the bulk of my complaint, and has instead taken to personal attacks against me and attempted to paint me as though I am some sort of criminalAs if a traffic ticket invalidates my right to be treated with respect by a business im being compelled to give $She has failed to address her companies outrageous business hours, or the fact that when I did comply with their hours they still were not there to service meNor did she address the attitude of her employee at the site when I voiced my displeasure with his being an hour later than I was toldFinally, she has outright lied about the charges being equal with another companyI know this because I spoke with two other towing companies who advised me that they charge a flat rate for an impound and never charge mileageMs [redacted] and her company have acted in very bad faith since I've had to interact with them and it is disappointing, although not surprising she would respond with such transparent disregard for valid complaints about her and her companies conductI fully reject her response as self serving and a gross distortion of the facts, and continue to await my apologyThank you, [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern: November 18, 2016I am writing to you in response to the letter we received regarding the impound of Mr***'s vehicle On Tuesday, 11/1/16, we were dispatched by the police deptto tow a vehicle for themUpon arrival at the scene, our driver was asked by the officer to remove the license plates due to improper registrationOnce this was completed, our driver then loaded the vehicle onto the flatbed and secured itOnce completed, Mr [redacted] gave our driver a hardtime at the scene and our driver kindly responded by saying he was only here to do his job which was to tow his vehicle at the police deptsrequest and Mr [redacted] told the driver I know it's not your faultHe was also told at the time of the impound our business hours and the amount of the impound feeHe was also made aware of daily storage rates incase he couldn't go to DMV to get new platesWe then owed the vehicle back to our secured storage impound yardMr***, then called and I told him he would have have the vehicle re resisted or towed outI also informed him that the fees that were being charged were all set through the police deptAnd if we owed it or another company the price would be the same He then started yelling at me and was very angryI told him he needed to stop talking to me like that and if he didn't like it to call the police dept., as they are the ones that had his vehicle towedHe then hung up on meThen he became very upset that he had to miss work to come and get his vehicle and ended up having it towed outBut he was the one driving the vehicle illegallyHe was very angry that we wouldn't give him a break on his billWe only release vehicles to the registered owners due to legal reasonsSo that is why he had to miss work to do the release of his vehicleAlso, when the police for not being registeredtow your vehicle you have no choice who tows your vehicleThe police deptgoes by a rotation and whoever is on shift gets the towShould you have any questions regarding the above matter please do not hesitate to call us at 716-284-Sincerely, Jackie *** Manager
