There was no correspondence from the business until I received notification from the collections agency. This is is unacceptable. The company has terrible customer service. Josh is quite rude and unprofessional. Several years of never late payments were made- I was a good customer. Josh seems to want to punish the customer for having to cancel the service. All potential customers should be very wary.
