I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The area disputed is not near where the work was done it is exactly where the problem was originally.  The vendor has not contacted me but did reach out to my ex-husband Wednesday, March 22, 2017 claiming they had lost my number.  He informed them of my number two days ago and I have still not heard from them.  I will attempt to contact them myself tomorrow.  I do not accept that any additional money is due as it is the exact same spot they worked on.
