This child care facility is the worst daycare I have ever came across This is the most unorganized unprofessional disrespectful incompetent place and I'm really not sure how they are still open for businessThey hire whom ever to care for these children and they don't even do thatmy child has suffered from being dropped off at the wrong house to being jumped by kids two different timeswhen I asked to see the camera all they had was one camera view that didn't even cover the entire play groundbut what I could see looked as if one of the "Teachers" if I can really call them that was looking right at what was happening but yet didn't stop itanother situation I walked in to pick up my child and there was about 25kids in one room and not an adult in sightwhen I finally did find an adult they swore the other was in the class roomnope there wasn't, another situation I went into the infant room to check on my nephew and there was about children to adult, I'm pretty sure infant ratio is children to adultI have witnessed teachers hitting young ( maybe or yo) on top of the head with broom sticks, I have witnessed teachers yelling at children and I mean yelling like a crazy person, not a voice any child care provider should have with any childmy child has basically been bullied by two different adults one adult calling her out of her name even after she asked him not to and another adult making fun of her for not knowing how to tie her shoes, then they also allowed the children to make fun of her and didn't stop it, causing my child to come home in tearsWhen I confronted the director about it she threatened to kick my child out the daycare because I told them this is the 2nd time a daycare worker has bullied my child and I wasn't going to put up with itI then contacted the OWNER and she started calling my daughter a liar and said no one would be apologizing but we could start over with a clean new slate...I could go on and onit's a shame and to think they tried to justify their doing behind EVERYTHING and I told them nope there is no excuse or explanation I work for a daycare and NONE of these things take place there, they are just irresponsible people who shouldn't be trusted to keep any ones children, To top it off my child hasn't even been gone a full two weeks and they didn't even give me the chance to pick up her medicine, they threw it away
