Hi [redacted],                 In response to our phone conversation......I contacted the customer about the product she purchased and informed her that I would be happy to check out the product at her home with the same equipment...

the she was using........Usually sometimes the trouble is incorrect assembly or a dirty or problem filter and or pump.......both of these can be corrected rather easily..........Hayward Products has a warranty registration with these and all of their products that states and problems to be directed to them not the retailer....I know that my receipt states a 7 day replacement but with this product the manufacturer requires them to decide what the want to do in each case (.......the company doesn't replace or reimburse me for returns........                      But for the sake of trying to do the right thing I repeat I will send my experts to her home and fully inspect the unit we will assemble it correctly and test ....I f we find a defect or something not up to par we will replace the unit on the spot     Thanks ,   Pagoda Pools
