Day , she complained about we used her bathroom upstairs, complained toilet plugged , v.dbrought up, never used it only in basement escorted by her husband, first notice of odd behavior When we did final coat complained about leaving house unlocked, it has dead bolt only on front door unable to lock, she said she had no key for it, again odd behavior., Called hrs after final coat complained not shiny enough its still wetSome debris in finish after 2nd coat ft of sliding door we re coated entire floor, could have been from her opening slider from outside ??She paid us in full after 2nd coat which was the contract coats, did the 3rd to try to satisfy herShe called next day about partial foot print by basement door, went back next day to remove printShowed us other spots, told her that is with in N.O.F.M.Astandardscould not get picture would not show , to minute to show up.Offered her dolllars to try to satisfy her again, her husband was willing to take it, she said she will have to think about itWe went back again to touch up the spots, she showed odd behavior again, yelling, crying, sitting in middle of floor complainingMy lead sanding guy went up there, pictures would not show up unable to see anything, complaining her floor wasn't SLIPPPERY or shiny enough contract called for coats of semi gloss finish, we full filled contract , ended up putting 3rd coat of semi gloss on itHer complaints were on the existing side of the floor that was already thereWe feel we tried several times to satisfy her, when she wanted boards replaced, which don't need to be or the floor re sanded, thats when talking stoppedNobody got fired over this job, same guy did the next jobsThen she wanted high gloss like she had before, SHE NEVER HAD HIGH GLOSS IT WAS SATIN HAVE PICTURES TOO PROVE ITWe have years in the hardwood flooring industry betweeen myself and my leading sanding guy, this complaint is all within the hardwood flooring standards, we never had a complaint in my years of doing business

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I'm not sure what his comments have to do with the poor quality of the workWe paid him in good faith and trusted that he would back his work and reputationMy wife cried because she was very emotional about looking at the poor quality and divots in the floorWe never were willing to accept $(this wouldn't come close to fixing the mistakes), he never bothered to personally come look at the work after it was finished to see what the floor looked like and never responded to our multiple callsHis lead sanding guy was not the one that did the sanding work (he did not take part in the job at all until all the issues started to surface), it was his other subcontractors. Bottom line - we had the floor inspected and it did not meet N.O.F.M.Astandards by the National Wood Flooring AssociationTake accountability for your work

Some debris in finish after 2nd coat 4 ft of sliding door we re coated entire floor, could have been from her opening slider from outside ??. She paid us in full after 2nd coat which was the contract 2 coats, did the 3rd to try to satisfy her. She called next day about partial foot print by basement door, went back next day to remove print. Showed us 2 other spots, told her that is with in N.O.F.M.A. standards. could not get picture would not show , to minute to show up.Offered her 300.00 dolllars to try to satisfy her again, her husband was willing to take it, she said she will have to think about it.
