We repossessed the vehicle from a camera hit we received off our DRN cameras, so our repossession was legalWhen we secured the vehicle in the driveway of the address we had to remove a block of wood from behind the tires, so there was obviously already an issue with the vehicle before we took it into our possessionWe talked with the registered owner of a couple of times and then she started using profanity and yelling at staff and managers and then had a gentleman call and start yelling at peopleAt that point we could no longer have any civil conversations with themWe let them know that if they wanted to have a civil conversation about their concerns, we could talk with them, otherwise there was nothing more we would do for them, We did not hear back from them after that point. If thee is any further information that you need from us, please let us knowThank you!***

I am rejecting this response because: they never contacted me back after the manger sent people to my home to look at the truck right after they delivered it and I told them it would not park, but it was parked fine when they came and removed it from my drivewayI called multiple times and the office staff would not let me speak to the manager or have her call me back to follow upThere was no wood on my vehicle just leaves and sticks from the tree above our driveway But it way parked next to my other two vehiclesIt as taken them months to make up a story about wood holding my truck to get out of fixing the damages from them towing my vehicle they did not check the paperwork onI was cooperative until the office stopped following up with me and I contacted the company who hired them since they refused to let me speak with the managerIf there was wood holding my vehicle up they would have immediately responded that and not came back out to look at my vehicleThe lies they are fabricating is the reason I am reporting them for being the bad business they areThey took no pictures to support this claim of woodIt has taken me filling a report to even receive any follow up on this matterMy truck was fine parked in my driveway and they should provide there insurance carrier so that I may file a claim with them to have my vehicle repaired to be able to park againMy neighbors watched these people and saw no wood blocks as I do not even own anyI would just like there insurance information so I can follow this matter up with themThe business is drawing the time frame out being so unresponsive

stated he was the dad. The vehicle was towed to our storage facility on 9/21/15 @ 6:45 PM. It was released on 9/25/15. After 72 hours we are required to file a lien. Customer was charged $35.00 which is half of the lien as we had not received confirmation of the lien. The fees are a contracted price with the California Highway Patrol. Customer was charged $210.00 for the tow, $35.00 for half of the lien and $300.00 (5days of storage @$60.00 per day). The dad called our office many times and was verbally abusive to our staff. The registered owner did come to our office and picked up the vehicle. The dad was not the owner and when the registered owner came in to pick up the unit he was cordial. Our rates are contracted and posted. If we can be of any other service please do not hesitate to call us. I am rejecting this response because: they never contacted me back after the manger sent people to my home to look at the truck right after they delivered it and I told them it would not park, but it was parked fine when they came and removed it from my driveway. I called multiple times and the office staff would not let me speak to the manager or have her call me back to follow up. There was no wood on my vehicle just leaves and sticks  from the tree above our driveway But it way parked next to my other two vehicles. It as taken them 2 months to make up a story about wood holding my truck to get out of fixing the damages from them towing my vehicle they did not check the paperwork on. I was cooperative until the office stopped following up with me and I contacted the company who hired them since they refused to let me speak with the manager. If there was wood holding my vehicle up they would have immediately responded that and not came back out to look at my vehicle. The lies they are fabricating is the reason I am reporting them for being the bad business they are. They took no pictures to support this claim of wood. It has taken me filling a report to even receive any follow up on this matter. My truck was fine parked in my driveway and they should provide there insurance carrier so that I may file a claim with them to have my vehicle repaired to be able to park again. My neighbors watched these people and saw no wood blocks as I do not even own any. I would just like there insurance information so I can follow this matter up with them. The business is drawing the time frame out being so unresponsive.
