I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The owner of the business has been here twice prior, and knew the extent of the job and house size, including the existence of the dogWe discussed there would be a range of price between $and I informed here I was leaving extra money in case it ended up at the markThe owner never contacted me to inform me of any drastic price increase, she simply stole away with the money like a thief in the nightA contractor is required to discuss change in price with a client before simply doing the work gouging them afterwardShe was told not to touch the construction as there were toold and parts lying around that could not be misplacedShe was only allowed to clean the sawdust around the area, while supervised by a family friend, which took less than minutesOtherwise the construction had no impact on this job She has cleaned this house before while it was dirtier than it was upon her last date of service hereDuring that time my bill was closer to the $mark, so any claim of being unforthcoming about the houses condition is nonsenseShe was aware of all parts of the house that affected her job, puppy and all She has admitted to leaving after overcharging and telling me that calling the police would get me nowhere despite overchargingWhen I approached her about this, she came to a renewed agreement for more regular services, and then renigged and taunted me about the loss of moneyLastly she has in writing threatened to file complaints with CPS regarding my child, as a way of trying to keep me quiet about the theft of moneyThat is a crime, and no way for a business to respond to a complaintI have attached the threats to this document Regards, [redacted] ***

he right about part of the incident but he is also leaving out alot of important parts of the incidentfirst of he was not forthcoming about the original details about this day I priced the job over the phone going on the details that was given to mehe said that he was leaving me extra
moneyhe didnt tell me about the construction that was going on upstairs and that he had a puppy that tore up the housewe had to removed at least bags of garbage out of his house and pick up unbelievable about of item garbage and debris before we actually clean the houseplease contact me so I can explain in further detail on what transpired with this client*** *** *** *** thanks.as he is leaving out alot of important details about this incident

in regards to this complainthe is not telling you the whole story or the truthonly part of this is truefirst of I have been in business for twenty yearsi am on home advisor where I have over reviews on my business and how I operate my businessyes I was there before he is right about thathis mother hired me I charged her and we didnt even clean the whole houseit was that bad of shapethe second time we came the mother hired me again and I charged her it had only been a month and we cleaned the other rooms leaving out the office downstairs to replace the big room that we cleaned this time and not the time beforenow at this point we have not been to this house is sometimeit has been over 2months since last therenow the son called me asking me if we could set up a cleaning date in the next couple of daysso I changed my schedule around to for him , so he could make his deadline by satyes we discussed prices over the phonei did quote him at first around that was with the stipulation that the house was going to be a regular cleanhe did say to me that I am going to leave you extra money with a friend in case it ends up being morei said ok I was pricing this job over the phone with the understanding that my workers would be there approxto and a half hours totalwhen they arrived to the house it was so bad that they called me to come and see itthey said that they couldnt even see the floorsthey didnt know what to doplus there was construction upstairs that he did not let me know, when we originally spoke on the phonethey had a puppy that tore up the house that he also didnt let me know aboutthere is no way that I could of given him a fair price over the phone as I told in our conversation after I ended up working with them the whole time we were in there for two hoursthat is ten hours of labor as I explained to him on the phone after this happenedwhen we completed the job which the place looked immaculatethere was never anytime that we were instructed to not clean up the sawdust of pieces of debristhe friend never moved from the couchhe only moved when we needed him to, so we could cleanthe only thing that he did at the very end was get up and walk in the kitchen, thats when I said to him its really clean rightthere was only small talk from him when we were therebefore he stood up and went in the kitchen I said to him we are donethe workers were packing up the stuff and I was trying to figure out what to charge him I was going towards but that iswhen I said to his friend what did he leave you and he said , he said if it is more than this call him and he will give you moreso I thought that is what he was leaving mei didn't know what the house looked like
before we got there,but he didthe bottom line is he wasn't
forthcoming about the information on the house, so I could give him a
more accurate price over the phonei never changed the price like he
saidi offered him a credithe wanted more of a credit and I
didn't think that was fair to me since, we went over and beyond in
cleaning the houseno cleaning service would pick up people stuff and
then clean there housewe also had to take out bags of garbage to the
trash , so we could clean the house he tried changing the price with
me after his friend paid me at least three times I never agreed to any
of his other prices, I thought a credit would of been a fair
comprisei was only going by what his friend told me about the money
if it was more than to call himi had hours of labor invested
in the joband we did a great job
