I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.no it was not resolved I feel that it is not the shingles we picked out it is the quality of how the roof was put on I have stated to the company it doesnt have to be mph for shingles to fly off and there are other people in my area who have the same problem with different types of shingles, I am gettig estimated this spring/summer and I iwll be sending them the bill, not getting a new roof but will get a roofer with good reomendations Regards, [redacted]
