We hired Paint Corps and signed a contract and paid the deposit for a full scope of services: moving and replacing furniture, filling hairline cracks, painting walls, baseboards, doors and door frames, and a complimentary cleaning after the job.
On the day of the appointment, they sent only ONE painter — making it impossible to complete any of what we contracted for. We are both Senior citizens and had no choice but to cancel.
They did refund our money, after a month of holding on to that money, but never once offered an apology or acknowledged that they failed to deliver what was promised. No accountability whatsoever.
If you're considering Paint Corps, make sure what you sign is actually what shows up at your door — because in our experience, it wasn't.
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hi, I am confused because this email mentions a refund, but an employee of Paint ( [redacted] ) contacted us and came to our house to determine how to repair the paint jobFor this reason, I thought we were getting the paint job repaired He has not set a date for the repairsWe would like to wrap up the repairs no later thanAugust 11thAre there limitations on how long the business has to complete the repair? Best, [redacted]
We hired paint to repair our ceiling We were promised that the job would be done to our satisfaction and the job would be checked first before we were expected to pay The job was sloppy, the ceiling did not have a second coat They had to use our hair dryer as they did not have enough equipment The painter was cleaning equipment at the spigot outside our house next to the brick I had to stop him as I was afraid that paint would spray on my house The paint was splashed on my cabinets Caulking was not done It took several calls and month to resolve the issue I had a second appointment with ***, the original sales person on a second day and was supposed to have another crew complete the job but she evidently "forgot" about the 2nd appointment I never did speak with the business owner I guess we were not important enough No one came to check the job and complete the job to our satisfaction until we made several phone calls It was a terrible ordeal and I would never recommend this company
