Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not dispute that my daughter should not have
parked in a CVS spot as long as she did She was parked under a sign that Stated "Parking for CVS Customers Only" The comment about the Ellis parking lot has no bearing on this issue since she was in a CVS spot She was not aware that the signs meant current shoppers that are physically in the store She made a purchase in the store and therefore was a "customer"(I called CVS and spoke to the assistant manager who informed me that CVS has nothing to do with the cars being towed i.e"paging of customers".My complaint is with the predatory methods of this business especially when preying upon college students (whose cars are clearly identified by student parking stickers on their windshields) The business informed me that a large (majority?) number of vehicles that they towed belonged to college students. The business may not have actually committed insurance fraud, none was committed since we did not submit a claimYet offering to and actually falsifying "over writing" the paperwork to facilitate a insurance claim is in my opinion an unscrupulous business practice Apparently the drivers will from now on "mark tow zone and leave it as it is no matter what the excuse", so someone at this place of business must realize they were not completely above board.Thank youRegards,

Complaint ID# 11790950 On October 22, at 7:we towed the above vehicle, (take notice of time towed at top of first picture) this vehicle was towed from what is commonly known as the CVS parking lotThere are seven spots within this parking lot that are owned by Ellis which at the time Ellis brothers was closed to the public but their delivery vans were still out on route.q this is where they park when they return, there are approximately seven of the signs on the wall right in front of the parking spotsThere are also in the same parking lot no parking signsParking for CVS pharmacy only This whole parking lot is constantly being used by students to go to the bars with in the city thereby choking out the CVS customers right to park Also that night there was a hockey game which intensifies the problem Before towing any cars CVS Announces over the loudspeaker that they will be towing cars*** *** Nor CVS are limited time parking, parking is provided for current shoppers onlyAs the consumers father stated she was parked there at 6:we towed the car at 7:the automobile was picked up at 8:17, almost hour gapThe bill is Marked tow zone at least twice, The Driver of the car was informed if she was broke down that the insurance company might pay for it which she agreed to(won't happen again) The bill was overwritten By one of our drivers (owner states broken down! )Insurance fraud was not committed By our companyAnd only would have been committed by the owner of the vehicle if the bill was turned in to the insurance company, for which they would call us and our response would have been we do not know if it was disabledThis is a hour no parking zone this particular vehicle was towed from the last picture SeenUnfortunately there will be no refund offered and furthermore our drivers will mark tow zone and leave it as it is no matter what the excuse Thank you
