company, and each participating field that we work with is individually owned and operated. In this instance, the customer was very upset with the paintball facility. To show that we appreciate our customers and respect them, I reached out to her personally and made sure that the customer was taken care of, since the tickets sold were for a facility in which she had a bad experience at.
Our tickets are not a scam. When you purchase a ticket from us for $5.00, it is good for admission and rental gear ($35.00 value) and each player must purchase paintballs and air refills per person once arriving at the facility.
Again, we are dedicated to providing the best value of product and customer service as possible.
