Buyer beware, what is on the screen from their website vs what they will actually send you are not the same thing. Great way to waste a couple hundred bucks on a spare part for a car you dont own!

Ordered a bumper it never arrivedCalled company they said they had no way to track the shipment really I found that hard to believeIt was shipped [redacted] They Offered to reship another but I need to drive vehicle to a different state and they would only ship to same address as on credit cardSo I would have had to reship to where the vehicle is now so since it was their shipping company I asked if they would compensate the cost of forwarding the fender to where the vehicle is now they said noSo I asked for a refundNot very accommodating when a problem came up and I would question their response that they could not track the item

I recently purchased a front right fender and front bumper cover and headlight assembly from painted automotive parts.com and despite all of the negative reviews I found that it was quite a pleasant experience.The prices where cheaper than all of the web sites I could find and delivery was within the exact amount of time they said it would be and everything was fine when I received it.overall a good place to buy auto parts

Ordered parts online, called them and asked them to paint them a certain color codeThey painted the correct color, and was shipped after about buinsess days(That is in their online form on the timeline says 5-buisness days)Parts arrived just as specifiedI was skeptical at first but they have changed managment and both times I called they were very helpful and answered all my questionsAmazing experiance to get a painted bumper and fender!

I don't no what a few complaints are about I guess most don't know they ship out a lot of parts each day I got mine right on time exact color an for there great price yes some buffing will be needed but otherwise great place to deal with,I guess when it comes down to it ,most when there happy don't think to do this ,only people who may have had a bad experience ,these were for [redacted] hood fenders bumper cover for front end conversion to 98-look ss clone ,so don't let few complaints allow you from getting neg thoughts ,they ship out 1000s of parts each year an no one is perfect

I ordered a painted Rear Bumper Cover from their website for a 2006 [redacted]
Both the [redacted] and Convertible use the same Bumper Cover.
I ordered this Bumper Cover on 8/27/14, on 9/12/14 it arrived.
They sent me a Bumper Cover for a [redacted]
I notified them by their forms online, and I have not received any response at all.
I had to call them, with many calls per week, I waited patiently on hold and spoke to them.
I had to take a picture of the label on the Bumper Cover, to prove they sent me the wrong one.
After no response at all, by their forms online, I had to call them again, after a week had past.
I called them every week, at first they told me they would send me the correct one, which is listed on their website, they finally told me that they can't fulfill my order.
By this time it is 10/3/14.
They say they don't want the one they sent me back, it's not worth it for them to have it shipped back.
On 10/3/14, I was able to call another business, that new exactly want I needed and will fulfill my needs.
Paintedautomotiveparts.com have extremely poor customer service and no response, absolutely no online help!!!!!!! No one ever got back to me with help.
I had to contact them by phone.
I had to call them constantly, and I was lucky to get through on the phone.
Most of the time it went to their voice mail, that said " Memory Full".
I do not recommend them at all.

Our normal painted time frame is 10-15 business days but as this is the busiest time of our year, we are experiencing a larger volume of paintings that put that time frame a little behind. The parts were shipped on February 19th and were...

delivered the same day as this case was opened on February 26th. I have attached a copy of the signed delivery receipt by the customer.

I am very disappointed in the service I got. I ordered my parts on 1/21 I was told with in 10-15 days I would get my parts. After several attempts to contact them through email which I got no response I started calling. It took 13 try's to finally get someone to answer me. Then I was told that on the 20th business day my parts where being painted. And should be shipped to me by the following week which would be a 7 days past the max I should have received my parts. The woman who was talking to me told me there is nothing they will do for me I can either just wait or they would reimburse me for my parts minus the paint charges which was there fault. Then she just hung up on me. So I would never recommend anybody go through them as a whole they are not very professional .
