They spray painted my gutter, cement pad, cleaned their spray guns out on my lawn and in my plants. Probably gonna kill my plant.
We have returned twice since Mr. brought the issue to our attention. Once to take a look at the problem and then again today to clean up the spilled paint and to power wash the surface street gutter. We have also sent him these pictures without any response from Mr.. We also had his mom come out to take a look at the clean up. She was pleased with our clean up. We hope that Mr. will call us directly if he has further issues. Thank you!
I'm not happy that it took so long to get this completed and that it only seemed to get resolved after filing a complaint. The problem should have been resolved immediately after I bought it to their attention, not weeks later.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

They painted the exterior or our home then 6 to 7 months later it started to peel and flake, they said they will come back when weather warms up now they are ignoring us.
2-They damaged our front door and never came back to fix it, they sanded it too much that it went through the first sheet of wood, and sanded part of the glass on the door which looks very bad. (1800$ door that was only 2 years old)
3-They did not seal prior to painting and that is why paint is not holding.
Since receiving this complaint, we have worked with the customer to make repaint/touch up paint job. The client has been pleased with our work. The door has been purchased but is on back order and should arrive in the coming month. As soon as the door is ready, we will let the customer know and arrange for installation. We spoke with the client yesterday and informed him again that the door is on back order and that we are not ignoring him. We value his trust in our company and will do what is possible to ensure he is happy with our service.
Painter 1 of Greater SLC was, fast, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and beautiful paint job.
