Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The contractors response is an outright lie We were not belligerent We were very patient in working with this contractor After working with him for over a month on a job that should of taken a week at most, he walked off the job and stopped returning our phone calls He has not tried to call us and anyone would be crazy to let him in their home to do work Over the month he claimed to have medical problems that he was dealing with that may be life threatening He then told us he was told that he was healthy and would be alright He was never hospitalized for two weeks while we dealt with him The work was very poor He broke a part of our new cabinets and never replaced We have had to hire a new contractor that has confirmed that the work was bad We have to pay this new contractor $to correct the poor workmanship and finish the job Sincerely, [redacted]

I tried to talk to these people and they were belligerent and I told them I’d be happy to fix anything I was in the hospital for almost weeks and tried to reach out and contact them and will try again
