I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship My condo association contracted with this company to do a balcony painting/carpentry project The balcony boards that were used ended up warping and expanded causing bolts and boards to break off Manufacturer's directions indicated the boards do expand and I have doubts as to whether Painters USA ever accounted for this or even contacted the manufacturer of the boards to gain an understanding as to how they should be installed We had a full years materials and workmanship warranty on the project and I allege that Painters USA has not been willing to come back and address their issue without the association footing most of the cost Painters USA should have lived up to the warranty they signed off on and fix this without requiring the association to foot the bill I would be very concerned about having Painters USA do a project especially if something goes wrong Would they live up their warranty or act in the manner they have acted towards my association? Personally I would never do business with this company
