ladders and carefully wiped the fresh paint from the trunk and bumper of the car. I personally met with the person who had driven the car. He showed me one speck of paint on the rear view window, about the size of a pin-head, which I removed with my fingernail. He then showed me some rock chips on the front hood that were not paint. I apologized for the inconvenience and purchased a deluxe car wash for the owner but he refused to take it. I took photographs of the vehicle showing that there was no paint left on the car and consider the matter closed.
