June, C [redacted] was contracted to paint our home $10,was pd & yr warrantyIn Oct, we contacted him about chipping cabinet paintNo answer [redacted] was contracted to paint our home mid June (kitchen cabinets $2800, Bookshelf $1250, all interior Walls on two floors $2800, Trim $2600, basement $800, Other $500) he required 1/of the payment before work was completeAfter a week on the job he left for a Florida vacation and left his crewOn October,17th we contacted [redacted] on numerous occasions, with no answerFinally on Oct 20th [redacted] a different number that we used to contact him and said that he would come by the house on Oct 21st at 11:30am, at 12:42pm I followed up and he said he was on his way While at our home he observed the chipping paint on the Kitchen cabinets and bookshelf, and the walls painted by the crew that once the paint dried still showed the old paint color peaking throughOn that day [redacted] agreed that there were issues that needed to be a
