Thorough, professional and attention to detail given on my home projects. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.
I ordered 2 Storage racks on Amazon and requested professional install. Amazon's price was $217.02 to get them installed. I paid for the install through Amazon and scheduled the service. Michael *** accepted the job through Amazon to install 2 storage units 4X8 for $217.02. When he showed up to do the job he told me that I will need to pay him total of 434.04 for 2 storage units. I told him and showed him that Amazon quoted $217.02 and he accepted the job. He was very unprofessional and rude.
Please see attached proof from Amazon that shows that Michael was suppose to install 2 storage units that came in 1 pack for 217.02. I also attached a quote from Amazon showing that installation of 1 unit is $114 that Amazon is selling and the storage unit itself is 179.99.As demonstrated by my attachments Amazon sells 1 shelf for 179.99 and charges $114 for expert install or they sell a pack of 2 shelves for $339 and charge $217.02 to install.Michael knew that he accepted a job to install 2 shelves for $217 but decided to scam me and told me that I have to pay him $434 .04. When I told him that I will not do that as everything is a standard installation and there is nothing extra to do he refused to do the job causing me to lose time from work.I also would like to point that after Michael left the job Amazon hired another company to do the job for 217.02. Please see attached proof from Amazon.I demand that his Revdex.com grade be lowered and him admitting to being wrong. I also want an apology from him for his unprofessional manners.

spent afternoon at Revdex.com with representative my communication differed from his . From his statement work done at his price I have been advised that this issue was done and I now consider the matter closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
