I received a second request (Statement date 7/31/2019) from Pair & Marotta a request for payment of $25.00 for service performed on 05/14/2019. I answered their first request and included a copy of the cancelled check dated 05/14/2019 for $25.00. Obviously the amount they are requesting has already been paid. Furthermore Pair & Marotta will not perform service unless the amount has been paid prior to performing service. Furthermore Pair & Marotta billed my insurance company for work that was NOT performed

We have received and resolved the complaint filed by *** H. ***, letter dated August 20, 2019. We requested that our billing company post the payment received by Mr. for services received on May 14, 2019, and they failed to adjust his account, it has been corrected. We apologized to Mr. and assured him that he did not owe any money on his account.
