I bought bikini tops, when I got home I decided I didn't like themThe bikini tops were never worn and stayed in the bag with the receiptI returned to the store days later and when I asked to return the items that I purchased the employee in the store said that "all sales are final" However, nobody told me that all sales are final before I purchased the items and the receipt had no return policy listed In addition, apparently there was a small sign at the register that was not visible at the time of purchase and it read "all sales are final" When I told the employee that I did not know that all sales are final and I wanted to return it beacuse I have no use for the items, she said, that she will call the store owner and see what she can doThe store owner told the employee that she will allow me to exchange the items for something else at the store Since I was not interested in anything the store had to offer, I asked to talk to the store ownerAfter talking to

Aloha to whom it concerns, We do not give cash back for gift certificates, nobody asked for a refund, the customer asked for cash back which of course we do not do since a gift certis specifically for merchandise.I would be willing to refund the credit card is was purchased with, no problemThank you for your time in the matter,Best, Julie

I am rejecting this response because:aloha! I understand the store policyHowever, I do not agree with your solution.Attached herewith photos, one of the "very clear sign" at the register and the other one of the receipt.you can see from the photos that the sign is not clear at all (it's on the side covered with other signs) and the receipt does not show any type of returning policyIn addition, at the time of purchase the sales associate did not mention that all sales are final before/after the transaction has been madeTherefore, I would not consider the solution you had gracious and I am still expecting a full refund.
