Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The lady clearly just says the same thing over and over , she does not accept her mistake , and I dont even have the paperwork , so how is it that this is fair ??? Feel free to email me or call me *** , feel free to leave a voicemail if I dont answer But just keep in mind , that I payed for a service , and yes the service was provided , but it does not mean the service was provided correctly The lady from the store is offering half the amount in servicesSo let me get this clear , I have to loose half of the money and have to deal with the bad service they provide even though I dont want to deal with them ??Like I said I only want my money back because of the incorrect service they provided , I dont want half of anything and I dont want any service with that store that have people with no morals working there So hopefully you understand my confusion , because just letting someone take my hard working money is just plain unacceptable behavior Regards, [redacted]

returned to our store to ship your documents internationally and at that time you informed us that the forms that were notarized were not accepted by the agency. We have done many of these types of notarial acts in the past with no issues. Should you have informed us of the issue once it occurred, we would have offered to renotarize the documents (at no additional cost) to their specifications. However, you informed us that you had already had them notarized elsewhere. Because we value our customers, we offered you a courtesy store credit ($30) as all sales are final and we do not offer refunds (as stated on the bottom of your receipt and posted in our store). As per the 20+ calls you stated you made to our store, we checked our caller ID and don’t see 1.
