Review: Purchased bunk beds as well as (1) dresser and (2) 5 drawer chests.I am making complaint about the 5 drawer chests. They are top heavy and when clothes are placed in them they tend to sway. Not much clothes can be placed in them because the wheels on the sides of the drawer openings bend down due to the weight of the clothes. I have not had clothes in them for almost 2 and a half years. I purchased bunk beds which are not a problem, in addition, a small dresser which is a slight problem (similar issues as chests, nevertheless not top heavy because it is low)Quite frankly I have had the retail people look at it and they want to fix it and charge me an additional $40 to repair the chests. I do not want the chests. They are of inferior quality. They have fallen apart. The dresser is too but it is holding on, barely.The complaint about the furniture would have been taken care of sooner(probably right after I moved in April of 2012) but I was having serious issues with my oldest son that were a priority and needed to be addressed. The issues were substance abuse related and took great energy and time on my part. If you require documentation regarding my son's condition I will provide it.Please advise of my next steps.Thank You,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would just like the amount of the chests removed from my bill, approx. $600 for the cost of the 2 chests. I am still paying off the other furniture on a credit deal with no interest for 5 years. I owe approx. $800 and have complied with my agreement regarding payments.
