I am rejecting this response because:Labor costs were never talked aboutWas told that the window was going to be replaced and that the piece in the front was going to done by DeanThe window was done as a upgrade so had to go through company since the window had the warranty All of this warranty stuff is news to meWhen window was dropped off a year later I was told by dean to contact him and he would come and put it in and get rid of the old windowI tried for another year with no call backs! Very poor experience and pretty crappy that a story has to be made up to make it my issue

I am rejecting this response because:
It is obvious by the attached pictures that the damage to our driveway is quite visible as you can clearly see the large chunks of concrete that are continuing to pop out, and Dean Schultz has been here to see them as well as received multiple text...

messages with photos as more damage appears!   Palace Restoration is completely dishonest in their response to this complaint, and they are well aware that the sealant Cemstone applied is not what Dean Schultz had described to me it would be! He described a concrete like top coat that he had previously had applied to a driveway of his own that had a similar problem!   I notified Palace Restoration immediately that when Cemstone arrived they told me that the sealant they were applying would do nothing to repair or cover the current damage, nor would it prevent any further pop outs. It was only a protective water sealant that would possibly make all the patch spots from the pop outs be a more uniform color with the driveway, The sealant they applied caused everything that has touched the driveway to leave staining: muddy dog paw prints, spilled coffee, fallen leaves!   The pop outs continue and they are becoming even larger chunks, and we are left with a driveway that is already deteriorating!   Both Palace Restoration and Cemstone know that there is a problem, and neither of them want to take responsibility to resolve it! It is their full responsibility to repair or replace the faulty product and service that they provided us!   Palace Restoration warranted their product for a year, and this problem began to occurr in only a few months time from the date of service. Palace Restoration should have immediately provided the repair or replacement under the 1 year warranty and then we wouldn't be facing this continuing and worsening problem!     Abigail [redacted] Vice President [redacted]

The window issue is a manufacturer warranty issue, which they supplied a replacement sash. Palace restoration issued a 3 year warranty in 2008 on workmanship not products. We helped the customer out by obtaining a replacement sash from the manufacturer and delivered it free of charge. The customer...

seemed unwilling to pay for the labor to replace the as it is not within or part of the 3yr warranty issued in 2008 covering workmanship.
