Frank R of Paladin, a debt collection agency, despite clear-proof documentation that I am NOT a $4,000+ debt cheater of an auto parts store ---as is the ACTUAL culprit with the same first and last name--- continues to consider me guilty. R/Paladin was assigned this matter by Account Manager Donna H of GK Speedee, Inc. They have been uncommunicative except to falsely state more time is needed "to investigate." They also have claimed I was sent a May 22,20018 "final notice" letter and that other attempts to reach me have been unsuccessful: UNTRUE ON ALL COUNTS!

Paladin Commercial Group, Inc. does not employ Frank R nor do we have a client named GK Speedee. Mr. R had previously been employed by our firm and is now with another firm. It is my theory that he must have sent an email of some kind, in error, from his old email account and the complainant researched our firm's contact information. If the complainant has any demand notice that has Paladin Commercial Group, Inc. on the letterhead, I would be interested greatly in obtaining a copy and will investigate further. In an effort to help the complainant, I will personally take steps to pass this complaint on to Mr. R through cooperation with his new employer.
TO BE CLEAR THIS COMPLAINT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PALADIN COMMERCIAL GROUP, INC. OR ITS PROFESSIONAL COLLECTIONS SERVICES. We have an impeccable reputation and maintain above industry standards for our investigative approach.
