I signed my son up for the fall football season I called the company (spoke with ***) and asked about placement, practice schedule etcas I had not been contactedShe said the teams had already practiced at least 2-times and it was picture day that same dayShe said she would get with a coach and they should be contacting meAnother week went by, now looking at missing practices, no call or contactSo I called back and she said "the coach hasn't called you?" I said noI stated at this point we are already so far into the season, and didn't want my son to be behind, to just send a refundShe suggested she could apply it towards the next seasonAs frustrating as this was and several attempts, via call, email and text to AGet my son on a teamBTo get a refundwe just wanted our money back
