Hi [redacted] , I just got a letter for Revdex.com tcoupke of days agoWe have reached the complainer in several occasionShe is requesting.a refund for a training she registered few months agoHer financial institution also reached us to find out about her complainAll our training are not refundable, its very clear in the website you can visit [redacted] Also, after she registered she inform us about some kind of physical condition she sufferWe offer her to do the trqining at her own paceNormally, training last hours and then have days to present an auditionWe gave her few months as she request, we wait and still were waiting for her to complete her trainingWe gave her three more months, she came to three other s trqining and over hours on training with non chargeShe keep asking for more time and hours to complete her training and we allowed her more time She keep coming to classes and trainings, we never told her to stop coming or charger her extra, she keep asking to schedule extra.hours and then walking away from training because she keep insisting in having some kind of physical condition We have being very patience with her and we have over witnesses to support our information In addition her bank deny her refundWe are a local company that offer a fitness training, and we have over instructores certified all working in good companiesWe provide monthly training and never have a complaint from anyone Please, let mw know what else we can do to provide more details and information

I had spoke with [redacted] about my medical condition prior to joining. Made it very clear a week before. She talked with [redacted] and came up with a plan to help me work with me. [redacted] was well aware of my medical condition that didn't allow me to more than 2 hours at a time. I reminded [redacted] about my condition and he said he will work with me little by little but he needs to train me not other instructors. I do come in since I have a Groupon to do classes. This was a separate all trainees are to do on own. I have communicated numerous of time to schedule time to meet for training. No response other than leading me on to think it will be for months. [redacted] is a witness to this and as the middle person. When I do go into class it is only for an hour. Training for a whole day is not suitable for my medical condition. I will not apologize for them making up lies about me and turning the story around. I will not apologize for my limitation of my medical condition. Any business would apologize no matter what. I never received an apology after [redacted] yelled at me during class in front of everyone when I had gotten sick. I couldn't talk. I was trying to recuperate from being sick. Even when I told him what had happened like any jerk he didn't care or care to respond.

I just got a letter for Revdex.com tcoupke of days ago. We have reached the complainer in several occasion. She is requesting.a refund for a training she registered few months ago. Her financial institution also reached us to find out about her complain. All our training are not refundable,...

Also, after she registered she inform us about some kind of physical condition she suffer. We offer her to do the trqining at her own pace. Normally, training last 16 hours and then have 30 days to present an audition. We gave her few months as she request, we wait and still were waiting for her to complete her training. We gave her three more months, she came to three other s trqining and over 25 hours on training with non charge. She keep asking for more time and hours to complete her training and we allowed her more time.
She keep coming to classes and trainings, we never told her to stop coming or charger her extra, she keep asking to schedule extra.hours and then walking away from training because she keep insisting in having some kind of physical condition.
We have being very patience with her and we have over 50 witnesses to support our information.
In addition her bank deny her refund. We are a local company that offer a fitness training, and we have over 200 instructores certified all working in good companies. We provide monthly training and never have a complaint from anyone.
Please, let mw know what else we can do to provide more details and information.

[redacted] attend a training few months ago. She register online and she participate in the training along other participants, During the training she took off saying she was not feeling well. Training was conducted by my Bourcy Master instructors.
Before the training she participate in some classes at 24 HF. Palango! Fitness, the management team and the Master Instructor did not know her personally [redacted], Days later, she commuicated with us and mention she has some kind of special condition. We offer her to do the training at her own pace, she attend classes and she attend more training ( we have training every month) with over 80 others instructors. She never complaint during the training ( our class is a full intense cardio toning class) and she keep attending classes. we told her she could come and practice anytime she wants to, she showed few times with her little son few minutes before class. I told her she need to came to practice with us at least 45 minutes before class. She seems upset because she want to set up more hours at her convinience, we told her she could come when we were available. Now she is requested a refund of $265.00 even thought we spent over 80 hours helping her between more training, classes and mentoring. Every hours has a value of $45.00, so she went over the money she paid, Besides all that she started making accusation, and bad mouthing us like we never helped her, We are not aware of any special condition. if she offer a public apology we will refund her $100.00. that APOLOGY need to be notary and publish in all social media and and a letter send to all my instructors and clients.
