I did not receive the make-up palette, nor the graphic novel, nor other clothes. All I got for a payment of over 300.- is a poor quality t-shirt.
Since they do not accept Paypal (oh wonder why...) it will get a fight getting my money back...
I'm surprised that such a great band has such a questionable store...
I ordered an autograph bundle and a makeup palette from this company for a graduation gift for my niece. They sent a tracking number stating my products had shipped. I received an envelope yesterday and all that was inside was the autograph bundle but no makeup palette. I emailed the company yesterday about the situation about the missing makeup palette. The company sent me an email back stating the tracking number. I sent them a picture of what I have received from them. The package says 6 ounces was the weight. A makeup palette weighs more than 6 ounces. All that was inside the envelope was two pictures that were autographed a bracelet and one sticker. There was no makeup palette inside the envelope. I have done business with this company before many times and have had no issues until now. They keep sending me the tracking number stating the products were shipped but have not received all that I have paid for.

Replacement I just want what I paid for. It's for my nieces graduation present. This is her favorite band of all time. I have purchased makeup palettes from them before. I not asking anything more than for what I paid for that's it.

We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your product & that your email attempts went unanswered.
What happened here is that the order contained a print bundle as well as a makeup palette.
The print bundle weighs 6 ounces & the makeup weighs 15.4 ounces and is also very bulky.
Due to the fact the makeup is bulky, we ship it separately from the prints EVEN IF the order was placed together as to ensure there is no damage to your print in the shipping process.
That being said, we have on record here that BOTH the print bundle & the makeup have both been shipped AND delivered.
Tracking number for the print bundle shows it was delivered on May 8th ( USPS - *** )
Tracking number for the makeup palette shows it was delivered on May 7th to ( USPS - ***)
This case is treated as delivered as both tracking numbers show the same delivery address & arrived within 1 day of each other.
If you can't seem to find the package, please make sure it is not misplaced, mis-delivered or stolen.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
My apologies to Palaye R. I retract my complaint. The package was delivered the next day as they stated. For left out of town on the 7th. My neighbor secured the package on the 8th and did not tell me. My sincere apologies to Palaye R. Keep up the good work that your company does in these trying times. Again, my sincere apologies.
