When we start a job we get paid half and when we finish the job we get paid the other halfShe did not pay half up front and when I asked her for payment she stated she did not get paid until the 3rdI told her we could not do anymore work until payment was receivedShe provided a money order so we got her back on the scheduleShe is having an issue with her water line but that is unrelated to our workI talked to her on Sunday and she is on the schedule for this week and her job should be completed this week as long as the weather cooperatesShe will owe the remaining balance upon concrete delivery

I had an estimator who decided he was going to go take deposits and he kept them and deposited them I know nothing about it She has called me a couple times over all this and I told her we would take care of it but she is threatening me I told her if she wants to keep threatening me then we will not even talk about it She does not want to work with me even though I have been trying to work with her My estimator stole money from me and took off so now I am in a bad place I take care of my customers so will take care of this

I was being nice cause she broke the stone and I could fix it I spent $with my own money on a special epoxy to repair the stone and so I get a complaint I will return her stone and fix the crack

He was told that it would take days to cure and I would come back out and reseal the entire patio and address the cracks
he's a very impatient man so I will refund him $when I see an invoice from the other contractor

I did extra work for this consumer and I can’t believe she filed a complaintI was waiting on materials to be deliver but have since completed the jobI had to wait two week to get paid from this consumerShe was just impatient and this complaint should be removed
