I purchased a Groupon for this business and the supposed delivery date was May 9th and I am still waiting for my food I have read the previous person's review and the Paleo Diet Delivered's response What's their excuse now? I've been waiting EIGHT days!! I have also contacted Groupon about this issue The company needs to post the actual delivery date, NOT the ship date AND where's my tracking number? There is no excuse for the company to not know where my delivery is I have emailed the company three times and have had NO response There's no customer service AT ALL

I have yet to receive my items and have asked Groupon to investigate
I purchased a package a month ago (4/16/16) on Groupon. Only after purchasing did I learn it would be 3 weeks before they would ship, and that I had to order the full amount of food I purchased, rather than one weeks' worth at a time. There is no customer service number anywhere, and it took several emails for someone to finally contact me to answer some questions I had about my order. They do say they shipped on the date they said they would. However, I had to find that out by going back in and looking at my account. There was no notification and no tracking number for the order. I have still not received it, and there has been no response to my last two emails to try and find out when I might expect to receive this order. This is all frozen food, which has now been in transit for a week. It's 80 degree weather outside. If I am not here to receive it, since I have no tracking number, will it just get left on my front porch in the sun? I wish I could just get my money back.
