I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards, ** *** I realize that any business can say they have a contract but when quality of workmanship is so poor ,it's important that the general public should be warned not to contract with companies like palermo concreteWe told by the owner that the color variation of the overlay would be slightly different than the sidewalk and we were ok with thatTake a look at the difference the sidewalk is caramel brown and the overlay is chocolate brownthe color of the overlay was carelessly leaked all over the sidewalk looking like there is a big stain -the owner said it would fade over time--what business would say just live with the poor quality for a few yrs as it will go awaymost of the overlay doesnt have sealer on it and the impressions look like my grandson did it with his play doh machinethe owners response was we have a contract so live with it our azalea bushes are dead as they didnt cover anything , I need to repaint parts of my house as they were so careless and sloppythey made no attempt to clean up anythingof my neighbors came over to look as they were considering future work and left mortifiedwe will make sure through all facets of social media -to inform the publichow awful palermo concrete is about living up to their promise of being a quality contractor

We contracted with this customer to remove their existing sidewalk and replace with stamped concrete. They also wanted to overlay their e siting stoop. They were explained to that the outcome of the overlay would not be the same as the sidewalk as it is a completely different material and the...

colors would not match. They still elected to have this service done. As contracted, we performed the work with quality workmanship and professionalism. The customer called before the job was done to express concerns on the depth of impressions on the stoop. It was explained to them that they vary and this is a normal outcome with stamped concrete as outlined in the contract they signed. But in an effort to satisfy the customer, we had one of our technicians make some adjustments and he then sealed the final product. The job came out exactly as planned and looks very nice. The customer has not paid the balance on the job of $1875.00 and has made no attempt to do so.   We do not feel there is any repairs to be made and that what they are asking for is unreasonable.  I will also send photos of the final product as well as a copy of their signed contact.  Thank you.  Sincerely,  [redacted] Palermo Concrete Inc
