We contracted with this customer to remove their existing sidewalk and replace with stamped concreteThey also wanted to overlay their e siting stoopThey were explained to that the outcome of the overlay would not be the same as the sidewalk as it is a completely different material and the colors would not matchThey still elected to have this service doneAs contracted, we performed the work with quality workmanship and professionalismThe customer called before the job was done to express concerns on the depth of impressions on the stoopIt was explained to them that they vary and this is a outcome with stamped concrete as outlined in the contract they signedBut in an effort to satisfy the customer, we had one of our technicians make some adjustments and he then sealed the final productThe job came out exactly as planned and looks very niceThe customer has not paid the balance on the job of $and has made no attempt to do so We do not feel there is any repairs to be made and that what they are asking for is unreasonable I will also send photos of the final product as well as a copy of their signed contact Thank you Sincerely, [redacted] Palermo Concrete Inc
