On 1/21/I won a car auction on *** for a ** *** *** from this sellerThe seller contacted me and said there was a mistake in the listing and the car should not have sold automatically at that priceThe seller canceled the auction, but also offered to sell the car to me for $more than my winning bid! He is an experienced *** user with more than buyer transactions showing feedbackSince then, I have looked at the seller's feedback on *** and he has done the same thing to another car buyerThis is dishonest behavior and should be noted by his potential customers

Customer had purchased the Honda Civic Si after being told the clutch had been replacedCustomer had purchased the vehicle in great running condition and had gone on multiple test drives before purchasing

Several weeks after purchase, customer (along with friends and family) had contacted via text-messaging and telephone and stated the clutch had gone outEven though we had sold the vehicle in condition, we had offered to get the clutch (part only) replaced for him for freeCustomer denied and threaten to report business and file lawsuitCustomer's friend called using foul language and threaten to get physical with owner and salesman

Customer came in and asked us to put a screw on her alternator and put the serpentine belt on which had fallen offWe had advised the customer the cost would be $and she agreed to get the service completed, but customer showed up with only $at the time of pick-upUpon $payment we released
the vehicle, customer showed up about days later with the additional $About days later, on a Friday evening, customer returned and said the serpentine belt had fallen off againSaturday morning vehicle was looked over and customer was called and advised that the belt tension would have to be replaced and the cost would be $Customer stated to go ahead and complete the serviceVehicle was ready for piMondayCustomer showed up and wanted to see the vehicle before signing the receiptCustomer started yelling with a high tone of voice and stated we charged "too much" for serviceWe had stated that she was advised of the cost before vehicle was servicedCustomer refused to go to the office and sign receiptShe requested the paperwork be brought outside to her vehicleCustomer signed the paperwork outside by the vehicle and paid $owing $We asked the customer not to return as we are not willing to due business with her any longerTherefore, we do not believe customer should get any refund as the service requested was performed on the vehicleIf anything, customer should pay her due instead of asking for a refundThank you!

I paid them to repair my serpentine belt and they did a horrible job and the service was bad I paid them $total and they did a terrible job , and it broke the next weekI want a partial refund.
