Apparently all Mr[redacted] is willing to do is be rude and make up lies about Admiral, so we'll take the high road and not stoop to his level, I'm very sorry we apparently can't make Mr [redacted] happy, again we treated him with total professionalism and responded every time he called, we made sure his system was working properly and it is still working properly, we simply charged him the warranty change out price and replaced his coil, we did not charge for anything else or try to sell him anything else, but we did do some free work for Mr***, so at this point I will respectfully decline to argue anymorePlease have a good day MrAnd Mrs [redacted] and call if we can be of service in the futureThe Management

*** *** I would like to start off by apologizing for any inconvenience Houston Admiral has caused youWe strive to make all our customers happy and fulfilled during business transactionsYou contacted our company because you were having water issues with your air conditioning system
We agreed to set up a service call for to find out what was wrong with the drainsWe arrived to your home 11/8/at 9:AM, my technician inspected the system to find the cause of the water issueHe determined the primary drain was very clogged and had some agingHouston Admiral recommendation was to replace the complete primary drain line to the plumbing stack and replace the secondary drain pan due to rustYour husband agree to have the work done for $We scheduled the work for Friday 11/11/Your Husband called us and wanted to cancel the workI then told him we could cancel the work but you would have to pay a 30% cancellation fee as per our invoice(He signed) he was not happy about that and asked if we could just clear the drainsI told him yes we can for $but we could not guarantee this would fully fix the issueHe want us to call him on 11/16/to see if he wanted to do the workHe called 11/15/and fully cancelled the workMany different companies charge different pricesIf you were uncomfortable with the work we recommended for you, you should have had a second opinion before you sign the invoice and pre paid for the work to be done.You have every right to cancel any work you do not want preformed at your homeI also have a right to charge a cancellation fee for any agreed work with customerI have attached at copy of the invoice and survey to this responseTo stop legal action we need payment of $This is the amount for the 30% cancellation fee

Mr*** called us on 6-30-with his a/c unit not workingWe send a tech out to dignose the problem and informed the cust on the what the problem was and the price to repair itMr agreeded to work and price being done by signing our invoice before and after the work was doneMr *** was
told by the tech that if he thought the price was to high then he could just pay the service fee and call someone else But Mr said to go ahead and do the workAt this time we will not be refunding Mr *** any money because he agreed to the repair and price

multiple times that you were not home until the end of our service. Your husband signed a binding contract and you are upset that we did not read him all the fine print when it is the responsibility of the customer to read the contracts terms. You have called and threatened our company several times since cancelling the work. We will give a refund for the full amount minus 30% as per our contract. Furthermore, I feel you should speak with your husband further about this matter as you say were only there for 10 mins at your home. This is untrue and I have attached documents from our truck GPS showing Keith was at the home for 1 hour and 4 minutes. It was also much longer than 20 minutes when you called backed and cancelled, my install crew had to wait 30 mins for the supply house to open (they were closed for the day already) drive 20 minutes one way to get the materials and they were on the way back when you called in to cancel. We already purchased the products for your home one of which is an electronic ultra violet light and are not returnable according to the supplier’s policies. We had to pay to have the supplier open because they were closed for the day. We are not charging you for ink. Also my name is Shawn not John. This was not an argument, I was merely stating the pragmatic facts of the situation. I think John may be [redacted]king at this a little too emotionally...And no, you or your company will not be of service to me. In fact you or anyone who remotely represents Admiral will never step foot on my property again. Consider this your one and only written trespass warning, as required by state law. Any further breach of my property by you or your representatives will bring about criminal trespass charges. Good day, sir.

We went and installed a coil at Mr.[redacted]'s home, and inadvertently installed the wrong size, a couple days later realized our mistake and went and replaced the coil for the right one. We did not charge Mr.[redacted] to replace the coil with another one that was right size. We only charged Mr. [redacted] for the...

original coil, so there is no refund to be made. We also never tried to sell Mr. [redacted] a thermostat, we offered to give him one free at no extra charge if needed. We at all times were professional and courtesy to the [redacted]'s anytime we interacted with them, we never tried to sell more products to the [redacted]'s, in fact we cleaned his condenser coil for free.
