Lets see if the refund shows up... its only been close to weeks....how long does it take to write a check? Credit card companies charge interest, so how much longer are they planning on holding my money?and, I encourage them to go ahead and contact their lenders....its pretty clear they are getting incorrect information. Someone is lying, and I attached screen shots. Game, set and match.Btw I bought a car, at .9% with my >credit score. How stupid are you greedy fools, I would have bought that from you....Is. Should have just done things legit and not run a scam. Not gonna bother with lawyers, the reputation damage from the folks ive told this story too already, and will tell it too in the future will be enough

I am rejecting this response because:They did call but not true about no longer owning the ATV I told them I finally took
it somewhere else to have it fixed the day they called as could no longer wait to be without the ATV I had spoke to other people about how long it takes to get an appt at state and they had same complaints I just couldn't wait anymore and not sure if they would ever call back

When *** * *** contacted State Motorcycles to buy a Polaris Slingshot he expressed he wanted a payment of $a monthTo accomplish this goal, we contacted banks who offered financing for months which would allow us to provide him payments close to his requestMr***’s credit was
pulled once by Stateand once by two other banks (a total of times)Of the banks we contacted one would finance *** *** for months and provided him a payment under $300. Mr*** then inquired into the financing for months provided by Polaris. We then followed his additional request to Polaris and received back that he only qualified for the for months financingThis action resulted in one additional credit pull. We have reviewed our records and have contacted all the financial institutions and all only show evidence of pulling Mr***’s credit ONE time each. We are unaware why it is showing twice on Mr***s mobile application but according to our paid service the credit was not double pulled. and financing is offered by Polaris and we would have no incentive to offer one over the other. To say we maliciously tried sabotage any one’s credit is false.Our policy is to refund the customer in the same method of payment they paid us, however we would be willing to cut Mr*** a check for his $deposit

Parts are being took off my motorcycle that have nothing to do with any damage to the motorcycle and I never requested my bike to come off property before repairs could be finished it was told by state motorcycles to me that all the repairs would be completed on a certain day and the insurance company will give me till that specific day that state Moro cycle service repair said my motorcycle would be complete and on that day I stoped off my rental like I was sapposed to and for a ride to state motorcycles to pick up my motorcycle upon ariving when my motorcycle was brought out to me part Thats are obvious in plain view where never repaired and replaced that were payed for and one new part that was put on my motorcycle by the service department has a huge gouge in the peice and I was told by the service department manager the part came in new like that I know better then that even if so its still a defective part that need to be replaced as for the other parts that were not replaced service manager kelly stated that they at least have my motorcycle where its rideable that I could leave with it untill the other partsOne in when then place the order mean while it will now be passing the date I was told by service it would be finished and I had to return my rental witch now is still on going and its now months later months is rediculas every time I was told my motorcycle me was ready after the date told to me by service they would only put I e peice on and then tell me they didnt notice the other parts that were damaged with is a lie they I took pictures of my motorcycle on property of state from the very first time it was brought there for service to repair it and I have pictures showing the damage that was on the motorcycle from the actual accident site it was only external damage Thats in plain view but to constantly tell me over and over you over looked it and have me come back times for repairs that should of been finished on the date that was given by service department manager kelly theres alot of I'm sorry I forgot to order the parts so ill order them now and call you first off I always had to call state motorcycles because I wouldnt receive a call for long periods of times the back ordered part state speaks of now witch is now ready from back order randomly will arive with in hours from me calling after my 4th visit to have my motorcycle repaired that I would contact my lawyer if my part that were payed for I didnt receive because I was tired of getting a run around so I told the service department manager kelly when the parts come in that I will be there just to pick them up because I no longer want state to handle my motorcycle because parts were being replaced that should not be because there was nothing wrong with them at all and a part that was put on by state motorcycles was damaged by the employee who install a part that I have before and after pictures of from of they still never ordered that part to replace that was damaged by the company employee witch is payed for already by me the customer and one other party I still have not received yet because the general manager has told me that they only way im getting my parts is if I being my motorcycle back up witch would make for the 5th time going to have my motorcycle me serviced by state threw out a month time span is if the put it on their self because there being payed for labor that it was already payed for by the insurance company witch is a lie the check the insurance company handed me I signed over to state motorcycles in medina that money is my money that payed for my parts to be repaired witch still have yet to be state never put those put the parts on because they are the back order parts state speaks of you can't get paid for labor when the parts that are being talked about is not on my motorcycle therefore if that was the problem of your being paid for a job you havent even done yet Thats my money that payed for the parts that have not even been put on yet so you cant get payed for labor you never did I would like my cost of labor back and to pick up my payed for parts that have not been installed and I will install the parts my self to be done with this company and get the repairs that were payed for by me
