Review: There was a judgement filed against me in 2007 and I was never informed of a court date. The paperwork for the final judgment was sent to an address where I was no longer residing. Anyway, I have been trying to contact them over the last few days, but I am not able to contact them. I have called the phone numbers on your website. One of the numbers, ###-###-####, says that it will transfer you to a representative, but the line is just silent. I hold the phone for 20 minutes and no one ever answers.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a valid phone number, so that I can speak to an ACTUAL PERSON and try to settle the issue.

Review: I have tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone at 3 separate phone numbers at Palisades Collection LLC. It's always the same scenario. I put in my SSN to find out what my debt is supposed to be so, if it is really mine, I can pay it. Always, I have never spoken to a human being, only their recording about entering my SSN to find out my bill, then an hour of musak before I getg frustrated and hang up. I wish to get this issue resolved, but can never get in touch with anyone to get the issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I need to speak to someone to let me know from whom the debt is from originally, and if it is really mine, I wish to get it paid.
