Went to Palisades Mazda today. Had a tire replaced. The moment I walked in I was taken care of. The team at PM is outstanding. Their customer service in like non other. I am always treated with great respect. They make you feel like your part of their family. I love going there. I have total faith in their service dept. They do outstanding work. There is nothing they can improve on they are tops in all categories.

Sincerely,
Merrill Goldberg

On January [redacted], I received a message from you letting me know that Palisades Mazda had replied to a letter sent to them on January [redacted] of 2015. On this message Palisades Mazda recognized the fact that I have approached them trying to resolve the cancelation of the extended warranty a few days after I purchased it.
On this message they agreed to take care this complain in the next five business days, retroactive to the original day that I purchased the extended warranty also they agreed to waived any fees for this cancelation.
It is February [redacted] of 2015, more than five business days has gone by and Palisades Mazda has not done anything whatsoever to resolve this complain.
Can you please let me know what else do I need to do in order to resolve this matter. I appreciate all your help.

Review: I purchased a used Mazda from Palisades Mazda. At the time when the suv was to be picked up on 1/**/2015 for delivery the dealership told me it was not ready upon arrival. They stated there was an issue with one of the tire driver side rear tire and they wanted to keep for further evaluation and they did not know I would be coming in. All payment transaction were however completed. There was also an issue with the passenger rear tire that was to have been addressed. They gave me a loaner car and would drop the car at my workplace. I had to contact the dealership about status - they finally dropped it at the end of the day stating again they did not think I was coming until the night time! They dropped off a filthy car covered in pet hair and no gas ( I have yet to be reimbursed) The following morning I still had a tire issue with low air. The dealership came to my work place and took the car and left a loaner. The had my car for 5 days - the car was lightly clean with one scratch cleaned on the outside. The two rear tires still lose air every 2-3 days and I have resorted to purchasing a portable tire compressor - I have contacted the dealership on several occasions to get a response they will be in touch. I have also asked for the vehicle service records multiple times which I have yet to receive.Desired Settlement: I would now like the tires on the vehicle replaced so that it is safe for me to travel with my children.

Review: I purchased a new 2015 Mazda 6 on November ** 2014 for $20,876. On this day also, I agreed to add an extra coverage protection in the amount of $2,395.00 with the condition to cancel anytime I wanted. On Monday December * of 2014 (two days after purchasing the car and agreement) I called [redacted] the sales person to cancel the extra coverage, he replied to me that it was not his department and he gave me the name of whom will be able to help me ([redacted]). I have called [redacted] several times and each time I called, it went to his voice mail. I have left several messages asking him to please call me so we can resolve this issue and he never returned my calls. I went personally to the dealer in West Nyack and spoke in person with [redacted] twice (December [redacted] and December [redacted]) and he replied to me that it is being processed and as soon it is done he will call or e-mail me with the result. He told me, "It will take a couple of weeks to get processed." More then a month has going by and nothing has been done. I am concerned that they will say that I have used the protection already and that I am not entitled to the full amount. They have to cut a check in the amount of $2,395.00 and deposit the check to [redacted] so my principal and the number of payments will go down on my loan. I have checked online if any transactions have been done on my car loan, as today January * of 2015 nothing has been done.Furthermore, they never explained to me that once I agreed to the service contract, if I decided to cancel, it would not affect my monthly payment amount, rather it would reduce the amount of payments left to make. I was pressured to sign the agreement without being able to read the fine print about the extended warranty coverage. I would never have purchased the agreement had I known if I wanted to cancel, I would still have to pay the higher amount each month. This will add on extra money to the final purchase price of the car (extended over 63 payments).Desired Settlement: I would like for them to cancel the extra coverage like they promised and deposit the $2,395.00 into the [redacted] loan that is under my name so it will reduce my loan payment. Ideally, I think it would be more fair for them to lower the monthly payment amount rather then the number of payments left, as it would make my being able to afford the car over the next 5 years more easily.

Once the loan was established, any excess money put toward the account is deducted from principal balance of the loan. To the best of my knowledge, all banks operate that way. Once the loan payment is set, it will not change. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions or require any additional information. I will also follow up with you once the refund request has been approved and finalized.

Review: Purchased used jeep Cherokee in August 2014 and was promised second electronic key. The car only had one. Myself and salesperson signed an I owe you document and the extra key was still not received three months later. Now the salesperson does not work at the dealer and the [redacted] does not want to deliver the extra key. His exact words was that he didn't approve it. When have you ever bought a car used or new and never gotten a second set of keys. I would never buy from the premier auto group of dealerships!Desired Settlement: Want a check sent for new key which is $450 or simply have electronic key programmed and sent.

Review: Additional Warranty was purchased at the time the vehicle was purchased. Two days later the additional warranty was canceled. Express Five, the company who provides the warranty canceled the contract on 9/**/15. Express five confirms the contract was canceled on that date. The dealer, Palisades Mazda is responsible for issuing the refund of $995 back. It has been over 4 weeks with no refund being issued. I contacted by phone, email and no one replies back. It's impossible to get an answer from anyone at that dealership.Desired Settlement: Issue the refund, $995 to the lender IMMEDIATELY.
