Alan was such a pleasure to work with and really gave me an education on the home and how it worked. I couldn't have been happier with how responsive he was as well as how timely and detailed his reports were. To top it off, when he discovered my husband was a Veteran he actually sent us a check as he would have applied a discount. Who does that after they have already been paid???? Shows his character and that you can trust him. Would highly recommend. You won't be sorry.
