Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: According to Oklahoma law, consumers have the legal right to have their automobile repaired promptly at the repair shop of their choiceSix months later and the car is not fixedThey have made NO attempt to contact meAll contact has been initiated by meThey have refused to pay to get the car fixed, telling me there is a two year statute of limitationsThe fact is their insured was at fault and they have no viable reason not to pay to have the car fixed in a timely mannerThey have my daughter's statement and have not requested anything from meIn fact, I had to insist they take my daughter's statementPlease provide your reason for not paying Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I did what I was told to do by one of their reps and then had another one tell me that they couldn't do what I was told.? I believe the company is just a bunch of crooks and do not really care about their customers.? I hope that their ratings drop and that no one wants to do business with them Sincerely, [redacted]

I fail to see how it is okay to ignoring phone calls and either lie about the hospital rejecting the claim or just pure imcompitiance then not contacting me back after being asked multiple times to handle the issues only after which the statue of limitations have expired to inform me that I was required to pay the bill at which point I'd be reimbursedThat information should have been given from the first time I called about the billNot being told we don't know anything about it, then it's on hold and will be processed after the property damage, then being told the hospital sent it backAlsoI would prefer and expect a president of a company to at least use the correct gender when referring to me and not change it in the second half of their statement
