I am rejecting this response because:We are unsatisfied with the installer and the equipment provided With this unit and our other unit, we've had upwards of over service calls in years We are looking for the installer and the manufacturer to step up and stand behind the product they sold us A brand new unit should not have this many issues

Mr*** has had several issues with his unit, which are considered part of the accessories, which was dampers and thermostats. As the maintenance logs will show,his issues were this year a problem with his coil for the second floor air handler. It does show he had two coils
replaced under warranty; however, he just had one because the other coil I refused delivery because it was damaged during shipping. The only other issue he had was a control board for the second floor ac. Last year he had NO SERVICE CALLS ALL YEAR. In 2015, he had one service call for damper and one service call for thermostat. In 2014, we had damper issues, and one no heat call due to the jumper wire on the system from shipping.Mr*** we have gone out of our way to service him. He has been very UNREASONABLE and sometimes difficult. One afternoon alone he called more than times in an 1/hour time period. On more than one occasion have we left his residence because he had been drinking and was unreasonable. As far as our service technician telling him we don't know how to work on this system, that is incorrect. Because of his misinterpretation of things we say, we always send two employees so there is verification on what happened and what was said. We apologize for the inconvenience he has had, but he always has had heat and air conditioning when we left. His phone call on 6/19/he told me he has not had air conditioning or heat for the last year and one-half, but he was mistaken. Mr*** paid $32,to our company for his equipment which was installed on 1/2/2014. His warranty is year Parts and year Labor. Mr*** has not paid for any additional funds, even if it was after hours. Mr***'s warranty is not through us, but through the manufacturer. Therefore, Mr*** can have ANY Climate Master contractor perform his maintenance and his warranty work in the future I could not send you the second page of my email to him dated 06/14/but it showed 3/17/the txv was stuck and low on refrigerant; 4/20/- Error code on system found a leak in the coil. 5/11/- installed new coil in upstairs system and added lbs refrigerant. 5/24/- Installed zerol ice in system per factory. However, while doing the service on 5/24/the service technicians created an error on the thermostat and forgot to clear it.Mr*** has heat and air and everything is functioning fine. Earlier this year he called the local distributor and requested a complete refund from them. The distributor asked if everything was working and Mr*** told them YES. Mr*** requested a refund from Pallardy Heating this last month and it was denied by our company. We have gone out of our way to try and please Mr*** and he was never satisfied. When the job was started, we were not given the most recent plans and so we had the wrong material and everything started out wrong. However, we made multiple calls to his residence to correct all the changes that we were not made aware of in the beginning. We feel that Mr*** is not owed anything from us and he is free to use another Climate Master contactor.Due to Revdex.com using the email of a retired employee, we were not notified of this claim until Monday, June 19th when Mr*** told us. Pallardy Heating & A/C then called Revdex.com and they had to reset up an email. That was done, but locked us out of the system for hours
