We run every vehicle that we retail through our shop for inspectionAt that point, we determine on a case by case basis what reconditioning needs to be done to meet our
standards
If a vehicle with bad, mismatched, or faulty tires made it through this process, I would be very surprised

Contacted customer and settled dispute. Process break down, employee did not follow procedures. $300.00 USD refund issued.Employee will be counselled

We had authorization from customer to perform repairs. Customer was able to get [redacted] to pay for the repairs.However, we could not release the car to the customer without payment  or until we got written confirmation from [redacted] that they would pay the bill. Once we got the confirmation...

customer was called and we can release the car. In addition, As a rule, [redacted]  does not offer loaner vehicles for vehicle repairs or recalls. There are certain situation where [redacted] does cover rental expense, but not in this case. Sorry for the issue.
