Palm Air Air Conditioning

My AC broken down and asked PAlm Air ot come and look at it as this unit was installed by them yrs ago and the unit was under warrantyThey said it will be for labor and replacement materials will be covered by warrantyThe tech showed up and said it was a faulty capacitor which costs $and then added another $for a nice even $They said it does not matter, $was for showing up and then $for another mins work to replace the capacitorwhen I questioned this, the rep on the phone started saying that they did this as a favor for us and they have to come back again next day since they did not have the right capacitor and they will not charge me again for thatHere you go, they decided to charge me upfront for something they found out after the fact that they had to make another trip to replace the little capacitorThey were chaging the customer to cover their anticipated cost I had referred to of my friends who had all installed through them, but never againVery disappointed with this cheating and I feel cheated by Palm Air
