TERRIBLE EXPERIENCESUPER LAME DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE
We drove hours to see a truckThe salesman, (Edward) came with us on a test drive and made rude remarks about the EMS vehicle that we passedNOT COOL He made a lot of other rude comments so we left Another salesman, (Izze) called us to apologize and said they would like to fix things and make a deal We came to an agreement with this other salesman on price and gave him all our personal information to get the deal done Right before I went all the way back down there, I noticed the final price on the paperwork was not what we agreed on The salesman admitted they had added an extra $500, without our approval, but that the manager who could fix it would not be in till the next dayHe assured me they would fix it and then I could come pick up the truck The next morning when I called to make sure it had been fixed, Izze said, "Oh I'm so sorry we sold that truck this morning on the smart auction, but come on down and we will find something else for youAlso, if you pay us $we can still take it out of smart auction and sell it to you." I talked to the manager (Dave) and he said they had sold the truck the day before, and not at the smart auction Not one person there could tell the truth It was a nightmare run the other direction and don't waste your time

Will call this a mixed review, Palm Chevrolet service is top notch the best there is, they go above and beyond for the customerI cannot speak about the other service depts as I have not used them but if your GM product needs any service in or out of warranty the Chevrolet service dept is fantasticWhile Sales is the complete opposite, went to Toyota sales this time and a waste of timeSpoke with another dealer and not only was the price a little lower but they have no problem with Toyota financing at that price, I bought a few cars from them over the years and was worse then pulling teeth, the last try was a Hyundai in and after that bad experience I said never again with Palm salesBut it has been over years so I figured to try them again, results still the sameBest advice is avoid sales from them but make sure you use their service as it gives you the best of both worlds, world class service and peace of mind purchasing your cars at a different dealershipLooking at others reviews it seems I am not alone in my thoughts
