PBAFG - potential fraud-
In 2012 I gave a substantial amount of money to PBAFG to invest in Monticello Holdings. A shopping center that was supposed to return 8-10%. PBAFG was supposed to invest dividends into my Equity Trust account. As part of my investment I was supposed to receive statements on my investments in May and October. I have not received any statements from PBAFG. My email attempts and phone calls have gone unanswered. I was told (verbally) at the time of my investment that if I needed to get my phones back *** ( the owner) would give them back to me as I was part of his networking group. At this point in time I cannot get in touch with them and cannot find a valid phone number.

they took money fro a rest type investment
not paying dividends or returning any phone calls or emails
they owe so many people money that is theft
took my money for investment
they are not paying dividend or interest

Lack of response from Company concerning questions about investment in one of Company's products
On June of 2010 my wife invested as an IRA $15,000 in *** through Palm Beach Atlantic Financial Group (PBAFG) of West Palm Peach. My wife was told that the investment would probably be sold after 3 years and she would receive quarterly dividends prior to such sale. Upon sale of her investment, she was to receive her $15,000 back plus her share of any profits.
Quarterly dividends have arrived on a very untimely basis and calls to the Company's phone number, when quarterly payments were late, had to be made. Quarterly payments are current through June, 2017. No payment for the 3rd quarter of 2017 (Quarter ending 9/30/17) has been received and phone messages have not been returned.
Via email, I set up a meeting at the PBAFG office with the "Owner" of PBAFG and he did not appear at the agreed time. I made an appointment for the following day through the Office's servicer at a time designated. I received an Email from the PBAFG owner that he was unable to appear and did not know when he would be available in the future. That was on 8/8/17. Repeated calls with messages left have gone unanswered since.
