Ordered jewelry in early July. I was told I would receive order in 7 to 10 days. Haven't received package yet. Was told by customer service package was sent to wrong post office. Found out today that package was sent to California, I live in Chicago. Customer service said UPS was at fault. Received a bill from Direct Charge with a payment due by August 15th. Customer service says the package will arrive by August 6 2018.Payment is due by August 15th. How can you send the bill to right address and not the package.?
I ordered a mothers ring from palm beach jewelry and the gold is already rubbing off. I tried to call but kept getting transferred to a recording. This is upsetting because this is the mothers ring I always wanted.
