I find it hard to believe that somebody is complaining about the Palm Beach Photographic Centre, or more specifically, in the way that they conduct their business. I have purchased many items in the Pro Shop over the years, and have had nothing but a positive experience during each transaction. The #1 reason why I choose to shop there, and not online, is the fact that the staff is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and always take the time to help me make the right purchase for what I am trying to do. I have never felt rushed or pushed into making a purchase throughout the years, and if I don't fully understand how an item works long after I have taken the item home, the staff at the Pro Shop have always been there to help guide me in the right direction. They have even talked me out of making a purchase because they knew the item was not going to perform the job I needed it to do. With that said, we have all missed our fair share of shots, but most professionals will tell you that it was more likely due to a lack of experience using a new piece of gear......not because a salesman misinformed them in how to use it!
