I just recently had my roof replaced by Palm Beach Roofing Maintenance & LLC and I couldn't be happier! I dealt with Dean (the owner) directly from start to finishHe was always prompt and infomative, not to mention over $less expensive than the nearest quotes I got from other companiesThey did the job in two days and looked super solid through all stepsThey stripped the roof down completely to the plywood and replaced everything including tar paper, trim, and vents

I just had my roof work done, flat roof, and could not be happier The owner and the workers were very professional and courteous They did an awesome job and made sure they left a clean work site Would not hire any roofer in Highlands county again after finding what Atlantic Roofing had done in when they were hired In fact Atlantic Roofing, Contractors should be put out of business Palm Beach Roofing and Maintenance LLC just went above and beyond their work and the materials they use Very Very Happy:]

If there is such a thing as an honest contractor in Florida then Dean *** of Palm Beach Roofing and Maintenance is the oneI had a wind mitigation inspection performed on the roof of a home that I just boughtThe report stated the roof fasteners did not meet Florida code and consequently there were no credits to apply against my insurance premium *** properly nailed roofing straps (single straps), and installed a secondary water resistance SWR which together cut my homeowner's property insurance by nearly 50%This is what I paid him to do but he went one step further*** taped all the plywood seams with special roofing tape prior to putting down the peel and stick roofing paper to enhance the SWR at no additional cost to meIf the new shingles blow off during a hurricane the SWR will prevent leaks and keep water out
The county building inspector was more than happy with the roofing job and signed off on behalf of the countyThe wind mitigation inspector that files a report to the insurance company was another storyMaybe he did not get a Christmas present this year but he had a need to find a problem with the roof, a problem that just wasn't thereI tried to deal with him but was making little head way probably because he knew that I was an amateur*** had already finished the job and was paid in fullI called him for help anyway because he told me that he would stand by the jobAfter *** finished with the insurance inspector, he apologized for the confusion and filed a revision to his report recommending all the credits that I deserve
The roof looks great and I am more than satisfiedMy very skeptical neighbor from across the street watched much of the constructionHe was impressed and said that he will be contracting with Palm Beach Roofing and Maintenance for a reroof next yearI just want to say thanks *** for your professional workmanship and going to bat for the homeowner

Just had my roof replaced Very HAPPY with replacement of roof by the crew of palm beach roofing in maintenance overwhelmed with the owners ability to get the job done and do it right ..He is very courteous and concerned about his customers feelings on the work done He is priced very reasonable and the cleanup after the job was done was perfect ..money well spent can't express happiness anymore than that

I don't normally take the time to write reviews. However, I feel compelled to share a wonderful experience I had when dealing with this company. I hired this company to do the roof on my garage. The owner made sure everything ran smooth, on time, and according to the schedule I was given. All permits were obtained, the job was completed quickly and their work area stayed clean and debris free. His crew did an amazing, professional job. The quality was above my expectations. The owner obviously takes pride in his work and is very accommodating and professional when dealing with his customer. He made sure all my questions were answered and everything was crystal clear to me. I can only say I am so pleased and would highly recommend Palm Beach Roofing and Maintenance to anyone wishing to get work done.
