I filed a claim with the Revdex.com in September Through their efforts, I was able to get a full refund The Revdex.com is a great organization and is here to help you If you have an issue with a company and can't get it resolved, then going through the Revdex.com is your best option Thank you Revdex.com for helping me!

This location is a great place if you are looking for a nice new or use RVTony was a great help showing me all the different models and price rangesHe was extremely patient and thoroughGreat experience overall and great products

*** in service is greatHe follows up with the customerGives updates and provides excellent service
Good job *** First manager I come across in service that has done a great job

Palm beach RV has got to be the absolutely most degrading experience we have ever had with any dealerWe went to look at a used Keystone Raptor unit they had for sale and finally came to an agreement with the alleged sales manager *** that they would in fact sell the unit for an specific out the door price based on the premise that ALL the appliances were in working orderWe showed up cash in hand the following day to do final inspection before delivery at the predetermined time and as we were completing the inspection found multiple items to be deficient namely one of the AC units continued to trip breakers, and while running would not get below degrees of ambient temperature The fuel station pump was inoperative, the power cord was not with the unit, and a few other minor items like the starboard vent cover was missing which we could overlookonce problems were identified *** began to address the items with less than forthright answers" I will say that either *** is completely misinformed about power and electrical issues he outright fabricated a story telling me that you had to shut off other appliances in the trailer to make the AC unit work properlyBeing a competent electrical engineer, Certified electrical contractor, and certified general contractor I called BS to his "sales pitch" answer based on his many years of RV experienceI based my questions on facts and solid math and principles of electric powerOf coarse presented with the physical facts that his answer was inssuficient *** became defensive and told me that he didn't have to stand there and take that kind of attitude from me and promptly marched out of the area..Second question was issued to "tony" was the fact the fuel station pump did not work and he replied with there *** be a float switch in the tank that prevents the pump from operation because the tank volume was too lowMy initial assessment of his answer was again to call BS but instead I called the manufacturer to question them if there was in fact such a device in the system for that particular model and year of RV and they promptly said no based on the fact that there is no such float or volume switch on any of the models with a fuel stationI then spoke to tony about his wrong assertion and was immediately referred to *** He once Again came out to display his lack of brilliance and then altered the deal to an AS IS condition take it or leave itSo we left it , cash in hand luckily and figured that maybe we just caught these guys on a bad day , so we put in a call to the owner and the women that answered the phone said *** was the owner ans we figured end of story as that is their policy to outright misrepresent the products they sell and to break deals they agreed toBeing angered to the point to actually having to go to the Revdex.com website to look up other complaints or disagreements I find out that *** is in fact not the owner of the business but *** and his wife *** are shown as license holder of the bizWell to say the least and to make an even more aggravating story short allegedly ***'s position is in fact the same as his employees and apparently their company policy is as such and conversation with *** got us a big happy "You want to buy the unit or not? Yes as was agreed upon originally ! Well I'm not selling it to you " End of Story!!!
I must add that I say allegedly in a lot of my comments because the sociopathic obfuscation of the truth by these product misinformed individuals inhibited us from actually knowing who we were actually speaking with and were not being spoofed by a bunch of salespeopleAs a business owner I find it hard to believe that dishonesty and going back on deals made would be a policy of any business owner but hey I guess its working for them!! Maybe,,, not so much! I would never do business with these individuals and after reading some of the comments and complaints posted on the Revdex.com by other consumers about this company I fell fortunate that we walked away with our hard earned cash because we surely would not have gotten any cooperation with these individuals once they had the money as experienced by the other comment posters to this page!!!!

I was at my wits end with a business that had swindled a LOT of money from me and several other businesses in my areaI wrote a complaint to this Revdex.com and they were extremely helpful and my complaint was solved within less than a month! I am very thankful and grateful for the great job this Revdex.com did for me!! Thank you again!

VAN - This gentleman took the time and resources to show us what's available and even kept us up to date of future deliveries. We decided on one which was still in the factory, provided the options we wanted and was delivered to our convenience.
Keith - He was very welcoming and enthusiastic about us being there.
[redacted] - [redacted] will sell hay to a dead horse.
[redacted] - He was thorough with the walk around with my new rv. He was patient with any questions I have. He has lots of potential, if he is as good as a musician as he is about his rv, sky is the limit for him.
[redacted] - [redacted] Growe drove down my rv from west Palm to key west, he's pleasant and professional by my experience. He gave valuable pointers to my next purchase of a hauling truck. Well dependable.
Deanna (sp?) - she ran the front desk like a champ. She was hospitable and welcoming when you entered the building, hope you liked the pic that you took of my and my new rv.
Overall, great recommendation from a snowbird given to my wife about Palm Beach RV, and based on my experience it was close to the truth of how great are the people of Palm Beach RV treat their customers.
Service Dept. - Quite disappointed in how the service department treated my rv. Requested Satellite install on the rooftop, for HD capable set up. Direct TV wasn't able to initially activate my service due to incorrect wiring. SWM technology equipment wasn't set properly, and was missing the multi switch modulator which I have to purchase. only the primary cable was installed, not the secondary, so I now have an extra wire running down to the service side of my rv temporarily to get full function of my direct tv service. Also while cable tracing, from the roof down the a/c vent, which the ducting was nonexistent that made the guest room warmer than the rest the unit. I went to home depot purchased and installed ducting myself which made the extra room bearable. Behind the control panel for switches by the entrance, there is a 4x5in box shaped hole just for the cable, completely which in turn let the a/c flow into the hole instead of cooling the guest room. unacceptable. Two of my speakers a day after delivery failed, one above the refrigerator and one outside, I will contact GD [redacted] for this one.
