Not once now but twice they have told us that they don't have time to appraise our trade inThis is a vehicle that we purchased from PalmTheir used car manager Dominic obviously doesn't care about repeat businessBecause for the second time we have been told the Palm "does not have time" to even look at our trade-inMy fiance has left multiple voicemails for Dominic which have not been returnedWe've been trying now have to get them to value this trade for weeksIn my opinion Palm Chevrolet has the worst customer service of any vehicle dealership I've ever seen

On Aug 7th I traded with Palm Chevy I told them the payoff they quoted was incorrect as I had paid in more The salesman told me I would get a refund as soon as they got the correct amount owed and paid off the folks I owed
On Aug 17th, Palm Chevy paid off *** I checked and got the amount paid by Palm Chevy Since that date, Palm Chevy has known the amount due me, but have not sent the refund
I have called twice First time got no call back from finance dept About to days ago, I was told by finance manager that my refund was going thru their process More than days to cut a check??

I went to Palm Cevy for the first time to have my Chevy looked at for a simple issue. The car would start to get a vibration in the steering wheel at 60mph. This issue started right after I fixed a flat in the right front tire with fix a flat. The service department said I needed to spend $1,200.00 on NEW axles to fix the problem. They said it was not the tire that was flat that was the issue. I said thank you. Took my car down the road to someone else that addressed the issue an said the problem was the right front had a slash in it and the Fix a flat settled on one side of the tire causing it to be unbalanced. HAPPENS ALOT they said with fix a flat.
They repalce the tire balanced all my wheels and $200.00 later car is good as new. So I saved $1,000.00 by running away from Palm's service Service Department. It's truly sad. How many people do they steal from ??? I'm far from stupid. I been living in Ocala only a year. I am a CPA with my own business. I know alot of poeple. I was also going to purchase a new Equinox for my wife since the old is now my sons car now that he drives. Bottom line. Never shall I go back to Palm Chevy and I will let all my Ocala clients know of the horrible business practices. Oh yes they also suggested another $750.00 of repair that should be done. I did not ask for them to look but the want MORE.

Renewed Faith that Good Ole Fashioned Customer Service Still Lives! I've recently experienced a very stressful three weeks with a 2004 Kia Sorrento taken in for service due to, what's now determined to be engine problems. I must say that I, initially, cringed at the thought of having to take it to the dealership fearing that they'd take me for whatever they could get. Instead, I've been pleasantly and refeshingly surprized that everyone that I've dealt with there has treated me like I think they'd want themselves or their family members treated; with down to earth honesty, irregardless of whether they made any money. I can't say how much that means to me as a woman who knows nothing about car repairs. From the Service Advisor to the young gentleman who made sure that I didn't leave without an answer, to the Service Director, Service Manager and Customer Service Officer; each were immediately responsive in addressing my issues and that just speaks volumes in being attentive to customer needs and customer circumstances. Although I'm carless, can't afford to get one right now and have no idea how I'll travel over the next few month's; it's somehow been made a bit easier having been treated with respect and consideration. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I never do this but for the money I had to pay , this should be noted !!!
After taking my 2010 Cadilac CTS to the Caddy dealer they wanted 1100. to fix my sun roof , I decided to take my car to Palm Chevrolet for a second opinion. I dropped my car off @ 0530 in the morning. I looked at the clock and it was almost 11am so I started calling the dealer. When I got ahold of my service tech , he told me it would be a couple of more hours. When he called me back at about 1400, he told me it would be $249.00 to take head liner off to figure out what may be leaking, so I authorized it. I then had to call them back to see if they would offer me a loaner. When I arrived there he first told me my car would be 1600.00. I almost had a stroke when he said that. I asked him what he could do for me and some how got it down to 1223.00 plus tax (that came out to 1311.00)
When I got home I got on the Chevrolet website and priced the parts my self the first part was 710.00 web price was 477.00 with free delivery and the second part did not exist? My question here is why is web price cheaper if it all comes from GM ? Go figure. To add injury to that, when I opened my trunk it was still taken apart and I had to go there again. They ran through so fast. Its a shame we the tax payers bailed them out and this is how they thank us? Very bad service. The customer means nothing to these people. Every customer is a walking ATM machine, they care nothing about their brand. No one was even spoken to. If you're going to rip someone off, at least finish the job. Oh, the part numbers were 23131838
and this one did not come up at all 22886294? Very questionable.
I have heard great things about the owner Craig and dont think he would approve
I felt less then whole after walking away from there
